Applied Pavement Technology, Inc, (APTech) provides consulting services to address complex challenges facing roadway and aviation agencies responsible for preserving the value of our transportation infrastructure. The Roadway Team provides engineering assistance to highway and local roads agencies, as well as research and training for national hot mix asphalt (HMA), portland cement concrete (PCC), and maintenance programs. The Aviation Team implements and updates airport pavement management systems and provides airport evaluation and design services.
